Peppermint is known for soothing, relaxing while also being known as anti-inflammatory and natural pain killer.

Arnica is known for treating bruises, sprains, arthritic pain, and muscle aches, also anti-inflammatory properties

This rub can be used in many different ways, such as sore and aching muscles, or rubbed onto the chest to clear airways or infused in hot water for steam inhalation. It can also be rubbed onto the soles of the feet to induce sleep, some find it helpful for anxiety or used on the neck and shoulders to help reduce headaches and migraines.
